Jordan Hubbard discussed where things are going with sysinstall, FreeBSD 3.0,
SMP support and other things in the works for FreeBSD's development. The
Russian-American (I think mostly Ukrainian actually) FreeBSD community was
represented in force. A few guys named Dima, one
Ruban and the other
Kohmanyuk, an Andy,
Serge,
Yuri,
Jan,
Alex
and others were in attendence.
Chuck was there as well as
Eddie and
Amancio.
Folks on the #freebsd IRC channel were watching and commenting on the view from
the Internet Alfredo Cam!
It was a cool start: thanks to everyone who showed up!
