The San Francisco FreeBSD User's Group has been meeting every month for over a year now to discuss developments and issues about FreeBSD. Seasoned hackers and Unix newbies alike are invited to join us to share contributions, ask questions and get involved. Millions of marketing dollars are spent annually promoting commericial OS' that deliver only a fraction of their promised functionalities; we believe in focusing on the technology and not the hype. FreeBSD is an industrial strength OS that runs on commodity hardware. It's that simple!
